Delivery & Areas
We deliver throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens. Our primary delivery zone covers the Financial District up to 96th Street. For deliveries further afield, please contact us for a custom quote.
We offer 2-hour delivery windows between 9 AM and 6 PM. If you have a strict event start time, we recommend choosing a window that ends at least one hour before your event begins to account for NYC traffic.

Float Time & Care
Standard latex balloons typically float for 12–24 hours. Our Mylar/Foil balloons usually stay afloat for 5–7 days. For extended float times, we offer Hi-Float treatment for latex balloons which can keep them up for several days.
Helium molecules contract in cold air, making the balloon appear deflated. Don't worry! Once they return to a warm room, the helium will expand and the balloon will look full again.
